Soul Detox™

The Soul Detox program is nothing short of transformational! This process introduced me to myself. The part of me that Id left behind many many years ago. I went into my Soul Detox wounded, broken-hearted, and devastated by life's blows. What emerged afterward was a strong, powerful, healed woman ready to take back my joy, health, and relationships. Dr. Tina masterfully walked me through and then beyond the limitations I had been crippled by for so many years. My children are living a more victorious life today because of the work I did through Soul Detox. They will never know the limitations that held me back. Our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health and well-being have been forever changed by this program. I know who I am and who's I am. These are tools you can use throughout your life.  The Word of God became alive, it cleansed me, and it washed over me like a living water fountain. I started my course telling Dr. Tina that I didn’t know how to communicate with my husband and was feeling disconnected. 
Four weeks in as the Lord is changing me and I am gaining a much much deeper understanding of who I am in Christ and how I am created, I became a safe place for my husband. We now spend hours talking! :) We experience such a deep level of intimacy that is so incredibly satisfying it’s hard to put into words. It’s like we finally became one. So many areas of my life have shifted, in my home, in the relationships around me and the way I see life over all. But mostly I would say how I see myself and who I am. I will forever be thankful for Dr. Tina. 
The spiritual cleansing and refreshing that this path will take you on cannot be described in words, it has to be experienced. It is absolutely personalized to everyone.

Dr. Tina Hay has the ability to open your heart to discover the depth and greatness of you. Through this process, statements made by me in my younger years were identified. Those statements had kept me from advancing into my purpose. Once these statements were identified and reversed, everything made sense. The spiritual release, "FREEDOM", was at a level I had never known.

Oh my goodness!!  I can't even begin to describe the ways in which my life has changed since going through the Soul Detox program.  Dr. Tina is truly gifted in helping identify areas of bondage that prevented me from living my life and living it in abundance.  From the very first session, there were drastic changes in perspective which enabled me to see myself as I am - a daughter of the King!  Every single relationship in my life had been impacted with the tools I learned and I feel stronger, yet lighter at the same time.  And can we just talk about the physical healing I experienced during the program?  When I began, it felt like every day there was another part of my body that was experiencing pain and I'm not just talking a little pain, but debilitating pain.  I am beyond thrilled to say that I am now moving through life pain free! What a huge difference it has made to the quality of life I enjoy.  While this is a program that met me where I was, it enables me to drill down and release the weights that prevented me from truly living the way I was intended.  I believe there would be benefit from repeating this program as well with the understanding that each experience would be unique, while building on the foundation from the previous session.  I have nothing but praise, gratitude and love for Soul Detox and Dr. Tina!

My experience through soul detox was above and beyond all expectations that I could ever ask for! I had so many significant emotional events from my past that were controlling the present and future of my life. Soul Detox is truly transformational! It is a journey that begins but the life bearing transformation never ends, if you so choose. Before Soul Detox, I was in a place of emotional disregard for myself. I did not know the gift and the influence of my authentic emotions and the vital role that they are responsible for as a triune being, Spirit, Soul, and Body. Memories, experiences, and lifestyle influences of my past were causing me to emotionally self-sabotage the NOW. I was finding what I thought to be “success” in life, but my physical body and my soul were in absolute turmoil and I was not recognizing it. I was exhausted, feeling used, didn’t trust myself, and found myself working so hard to please others and keep peace around me that I wasn’t caring for myself. In partnership with Holy Spirit and Dr. Tina, Soul Detox evicted the mindset that emotions are weak and shameful. Seeds of fear, failure, poverty, inadequacy, and pain were confronted and removed.
